In this case, lower Cl first before performing any other tests. INFORMATION -This test indicates the pH condition of the pool water. -For comfortable water, the ideal reading is from 7.2 to 7.6. Add 4 drops of Phenol Red solution. 3. Place a cap on the vial and invert several times to mix. 4. Compare your reading with the pH color standards
